Eric has been providing Real Estate Solutions to Property Buyers & Sellers for 30 years.  Eric currently manages CrossRoadsRealty and Property Management in Gainesville, FL.  His fellow Brokers Linda McPherson, Owner, and Joshua Brown, Manager,operate and manage CrossRoadsRealty and Property Management in Ocala, FL.

In his leisure time, Eric enjoys spending time teaching and coaching youth baseball in Newberry, FL.  Eric has an 11-year-old son who is a State of Florida All-Star baseball pitcher who one day dreams of pitching for the UF Gators.  Eric and his family enjoy the Florida Springs in Western Alachua County, FL; "Blue Springs" being their local favorite.  They also enjoy spending time with their two family dogs,"Romeo",8, pure-bred white Maltese; and "BB", 2, pure-bred black and tan Chihuahua.  "Our two family dogs remind us that all work and no play isn't going to fly in our home, as they are constantly fighting &  playing with each other all day...there's a message in there somewhere", says Eric
